 BESTology®: The Study of Being Your  BEST

REALiving is a company with a mission and passion to help you be your BEST. We do this through BESTology®, which provides coaching, mentoring, and training in a variety of fields, such as personal and professional coaching development, self-improvement, strategic thinking, business strategy, and more.

 

BESTology® Certification Course

Our goal for BESTology® participants is to help them understand and implement REALiving’s five tenets:

  • Believe in your BEST

  • Do one thing DIFFERENT

  • Honor AUTHENTICITY

  • Cultivate PURPOSE

  • Be your own CHAMPION

 

Participants will gain the skills to then help others do the same. That means following certification, your organization can have their very own BESTologist on site to help promote a positive culture and philosophy. Think of this as another tool that REALiving helps you add to your toolkit for success!

 

Class participants will be given materials to review, memorize, and embrace in order to implement REALiving’s tenets through coaching opportunities. Attendees meet through GoToMeeting on the third Tuesday for 12 months from 12-2 p.m. CST. Sessions begin in January and June of each year.

 

This course is open to everyone!
Individuals need not be an EAP client to take part in our BESTology Certification Course. Your application will be given the same consideration and merit as EAP clients applying.

 

In addition, we offer one paid registration for this course to each organization utilizing REALiving’s EAP. This means your organization can send an individual through our coaching certification course free of charge to get a professionally certified coach on-site ($1,000 value).

 

Applicants who are a current EAP client must have supervisor approval. Cost for additional participants from an account is $999.99 per person. The deadline to apply for the next session is Jan. 10, 2025.
